    Juvenile Bald Eagle

    Bald Eagles can live a long time. The oldest recorded bird in the wild was at least 38 years old when it was hit and killed by a car in New York in 2015. It had been banded in the same state in 1977.

    What a great day...!!! I stopped on the street above Dungeness Landing and grabbed a few images of this eagle...

    The look it gave me was so cool... Like it was saying "What are you looking at"

    I walked out the back door and saw this juvenile eagle flying about 100 feet above my house

    Then as I was nearing my house, I saw a juvenile bald eagle circling and had to drive down to get a better look.

    Out with my wife & our child & got some bird shots

    Blue Heron Then some shots of a juvenile bald eagle that my wife spotted for me since I was driving. I thought it was going away, then it turned and flew right by me.
