16 mm "spy" cameras, any still in use?

Anybody here still have or even use the "spy" cameras famous in the 60s and 70s? If so, do you know a source for processing and printing the film and reloading the film cassettes? I have one which I purchased back in 1970 or '71. It still functions properly in all aspects. I just don't know anyplace that processes the film and makes prints. I would certainly like to hear from anyone who can help. Thanks.
