A park in Japan.

Hi Redmond,

I enjoyed your little place in the center of the water in Ohori park. I wonder whether you have limited the size one can zoom to. I'd love to look even closer at the surrounding scene. There's people on the grass by the shore. Do you have them larger. Also views of the city. One cannot zoom enough to get detail. Do you have that in separate picture.

What focal length did you use and what camera?

Hi Asher,

Apologies for the late answer.
Yeah, certainly a lot of detail while zoomed in would add more scope to explore the pano. Basically, I've compressed the flash file for web viewing. (Size is about 1.7MB with skin interface) Could pump up the cube face sizes for more resolution and the results are much better.

Not in these panos, but others I've done, I'm adding hotspots to places of interest within the pano with a still image popping up or linking to slide shows. Still, as you said, to be able to zoom in and still achieve great detail is the bees knees for me, and as for web speed, slowly but surely I suppose.

Cheers for the post and nice to be on board.
