Everyone,

There are so many cliché ways of showing autumn. Here this is not that at all. This has the stamp of care in handling colors and mid tones that is a motif in all Dwaynes landscapes. Using illumination filtered through trees is a remarkable way of graduating and guiding attention. I admire getting this into a picture and this one is not to be missed. If anyone can catch the gentle light, it's Dwayne.

Well, I like the mood you create and the way you process the file and do so without leaving any obvious mark that says it isn't really like that.

Hi Dwayne,

I have to admit that I'm not a great fan of your OOF style (my problem, not yours), but this is quite beautiful. Wonderful light in a dreamy forest, almost but not quite, ready for its winter sleep. I feel compelled to walk along the path, through the patch of sunlight, to see what lies beyond.

Regards,

Stuart
