Lovely! If I could find anything to critique, it might be wanting a little more to the right of the image (I'm beginning to sound like Asher!).

If I can offer further critique:

1) I think it would've been better if the reeds didn't converge with the American avocet's beak;

2) The picture is about 5 degrees counter-clockwise from being level, which stands out more when there is a reflection.
 
A nice capture. I agree with Mike - a bit tilted, and a shame about the reeds near hte beak, but many times you don't have a lot of choice.

I might crop a bit from the top and right, and tweak levels a bit - looks a bit dark overall, and think it would really 'pop' with some levels adjustment.
