Hi Dwayne

I like the reflected blue of the sky that cannot be seen. Revealing that which is hidden. I'm not sure how well the rest of the image holds up as I want to see more in the background and that isn't possible in a small web jpeg. I wouldn't be surprised if it made a nice print and sits well alongside the others in this 'series'.

Dwayne Oakes: Blue Ice

Dwayne,

I enjoy your sign off admonition, "Take care" as you hand over your latest picture for our consideration. Thanks for this and the trust to do no harm. Once again your processing of the mid tones provides us a delicate view of nature. The foreground appears line the hood, (bonnet in the U.K.) of a black sedan after the rain parked beneath the trees.

I expected something else. Blue ice used to be that stuff that lands on the ground after being flushed from a plane's toilet at high altitude

I think this is a nice dreamy shot but it is not obvious to me that this is ice
