Yes Fahim, those two do put some colour into life. While the second one is simply amazing (is that really the natural tone in the scene?), I find the first one really interesting. That little outburst of blue in the rust... a good idea!

Jarmo, thank you kindly.

I cheated on the second one!! I passed it thru a velvia 50 filter.

Kindest regards.

I absolutely love "found" textures, colors and tonalities like these scenarios that one would come across - ones that many people may not notice or pay attention to. I enjoyed viewing them as well.

Fahim,

Great to dedicate a thread to color for its own sake. It covers everything we see, bringing values, history and connections. We're entertained, deceived, informed and beguiled this way.

Paint the place! :)

Robert, Asher..thank you both for stopping by. I keep these textures, colors, patterns also for use as backgrounds in a collage etc.

Asher, but the Tuareg people and us are living in the old ages.

Regards.

Hi Fahim,

Nice overlay. Careful though, you may put colorful ideas in Charlotte Thompson's head ;)

Cheers,
Bart

:)

Charlotte is an angel. Wonder what she is upto?

So Fahim,

Are these flowers that are dipped in inks to get new colors or did photoshop make 'em this way? You're not Taureg, TTBOMK, LOL!

Asher

Photoshop did it. And, yes, you are right on that other one.

Best wishes to you both.
