Continuing exploration

Except for the surprising change in coloration of the last image, I am caught in a spell. Let me restart. I imagine the last picture is an extra. If I'm wrong, so be it for now!

We're immediately pulled in to the first picture, perhaps a person in black is stalking that person on the right. In the subsequent image we can imagine a full scene, not necessarily the same, as you've peopled the series with life at the outset. By the 3rd image, we have contemplative privacy.

A fine series.

I didn't think of them as a series. I was just having a good time. The last is no less a part of the fun than the first. I just stopped subtracting colour at this point for some reason. Seemed like a good idea at the time, which, by the way, is exactly the reason I took up photography, and do most things.

There is sure a lot of fun.

Looking at it, the first and the last are the ones I like the most.

The first has the boy behind the tree as detail which makes it different, less empty.
For the last it is light and shadow together with the warm colours thanks to the leaves.

I wish you more fun!

Best regards,
Michael

o520 is a nice idea and pretty cool photograph. I might even take a bit more of the boy out of the frame and see if it gets better. The frame - what's in and what's out - makes this work. Might be too much on right, etc, etc. may need careful cropping, but overall nice idea.
