I like it.
Just I think that there's a bit too much of burning in the Dodge and burn. I know it's part of the atmosphere, but it just tickling me. I also think you're lacking shaping on the neck, it looks a bit flat.

You do better than me for male skin retouching... :)

What I find a real problem with this picture is that the background color clashes with the rest of the colors. It is in almost perfect opposition with the skin color on the color wheel. And then the cloth is bluish... That works for light, saturated, graphic areas, but not for this kind of dark hues.

Try pushing the saturation to the max in photoshop to see the basic underlying colors: green, magenta and dark blue. You can also select the background and change its color to get an idea how it changes the picture.
