If you order a picture, I'm sure the top wing can be delivered complete with the last feather. I personally haven't the slightest qualms about presenting an image according to whims and fancy. The good thing is that this is one of the few circumstance were ethics and morality don't block going from "could" to "should"!
I took one glance at the picture and asked myself how I'd alter the feathers i'd clone to make it undetectable. That was before I saw your comment.
