Early Morning Country

I woke up at 4:30 this morning, ready to head out into the beautiful rolling hills of the countryside - within 15 minutes of my home. I stopped at a quiet little river to enjoy the myriad of small migrating birds wizzing by me. While most of the fields are still dirt, the signs of spring were evident with the seedlings sprouting up in rows.

Robert,

for me the second and the last of your series stick out.

The second would make also a great b/w abstract and I would go that far to crop the picture in a way that there is no grass in the foreground visible. Well - this is your picture and just an idea of mine.

I like the composition on the last one together with the colors and the opposition of soft elements (road, grass, sky) vs. the man-made objects in the frame.

Wonderful pictures Robert, thanks for sharing. I agree with Michael re. the 2nd picture. Re. the last one, although it looks very nice, I am not a fan of the pp style.
