OK .. I have been away long time; have been busy but I have had time to take photos, not for processing them...

So, now I have some time for my photos ... and here's few examples:

Hi Ossi,

I like the composition of #1 and #3. I'm not that fond of the coloring/Draganized look in general, it's too much of a trick which is not needed when the composition speaks for itself.

Cheers,

HI Ossi,

The leaves, are just that, leaves and Bart has commented already on them. They appear to take one know further than what they stand for, autumn leaves.

Let me address just one picture that I find has more promise in it's concept. I could have chosen the 4th picture, but that's more obvious.

Ossi Raimi: Untitled

This picture of the marble circular stairway with a Romanesque bust on a plinth is decorated with the pattern shadows. In fact, the shadows repeat and extend the forms of the structures giving a richer experience and presence. With shadows we have light that moves and some idea of time that must pass.

However, to me, at least, this picture could do better with the left portion of the stairway and the adjoining wall as this would provide the solid frame from which to depart and enter the world of the picture.

Do you happen to also have coverage of the missing left side?

Asher
