My World: first snow - fast change

Hi,

first snow in the south ridge of Raetikon, and the weather is changing very fast these days ...

Wolfgang, beautiful scenic. I specially like the second one..the dark clouds, the light catching the solitary cloud formation, the. land below.

And then there is the wonderful snow covered mountain. Majestic nature.

What an alien place (to me).

I can't decide if it's a photograph or an abstract. If you forget that it's real things being depicted it still works - it could be a painting of white and black and I think it would still feel right.

(We haven't seen enough of your work around here lately!)

Wolfgang,

Interesting that we are under an overhanging shadow and the distance is filtered to blue by the atmosphere which likely holds a lot of water. Hardly any green shows through in the valley. Yes it does look like other worldly, as if film had been processed that way for effect in a scary movie!
