We like to go down to the spit in Port Angeles, Washington. It unfortunately is a common dumping ground for kitties. People do feed them and as you can tell by this fellow they are not starving. It breaks my heart to see them but they do not let you get too close otherwise we would have more than 1 at our house lol! This guy looked like he was none too happy this day...it was a little breezy and gloomy out.
