Hi all,
It's been a while....
I've recently retired and I've just acquired a new camera - a Canon EOS R7.
I'm hoping to spend more time on photography now I've retired.

Here's a recent photo taken in Highgate Cemetery in London.

Thanks, Asher.
I got the 18-150mm lens with it; that should cover most of what I'm likely to do.
However, I've also got the adaptor to allow me to use my EF lenses - particularly my 100mm Macro, 75-300 and of course the "nifty fifty".

Greetings,

I have a R7 as well.

I use it as a 1.6 TC when I can not get close enough and need more light!

A good compliment to your RFS 18-150mm is the RFS 10-18mm, it can be found used for around $200, I have one being delivered today. I already have the 18-150.

What types of things do you like to shoot?

Have fun with your new camera and post lots of photos!

Fabulous band shots, Will!

But this is not merely the camera. What decisions did you make on the lighting? Did you use flash?

The shots raise my interest in the performers. I wish I knew their names so I could look them up and listen to them too!
