Usually face to face. One step at a time.
As I have said many times before, either you have it or you don't.

Asher, thanks for looking in. Me, of course.!!
Asher, I remember this capture very clearly. It is in Istanbul. Ayesha and I are heading to the Eminonu ferry port after having cut across the old city behind us.
I prefer to stay on the Asian side of Istanbul. Not the Touristy European enclave.
Ayesha has crossed this busy thoroughfare. Waiting on the other side. Screaming as the walk light is flashing, the ferry is leaving. I am in the middle of the zebra crossing.
. I had originally focused on the woman behind the ' angry ' guy on your right. She had a lovely smile too! I have them in the frame. I can also see this beautiful lady looking at me on the left. I am undecided until now. Then I go for it. I swing the camera around slightly. The AF cannot lock. I had decided to go for the young Bridget Bardot.
I was using her D-Lux 4. I don't have the M9. Cost; and I have called it quits for new camera bodies and lenses.
