That's what makes it fun. We laugh at what we know to be real.

Jerry Seinfeld said that humor starts with a problem stated in a way that makes us stop and laugh at it. The movie I linked to is based on the problems that 'cheap' photographers have to deal with. Eventually, we laugh at their problems, and at the problems we would face if we did what they do.

The more problems you have, or see around you, the more opportunities for humor you have. Humor is one of the few fields of endeavor in which problems are an asset.
