Start with a Flashpoint AD600PRO flash tube cover.

Then cut it off 1.25 inch from the open mounting end, then cut a .5 inch ring from the remaining end of the cover to use as a spacer Norman mount size. I used a 5/8 inch bolt to mount it on a lathe but you could use a hand saw or a band saw possibly even a pair of tin snips as the plastic is soft enough gust need to keep the cuts plum.
you need to cut the ring like a piston ring with tin snips so you can fit it over the first part, then glue it flush with the end, after the glue drys drill 2 small holes for the Norman locking pins to seat in.
