To watch the world go by needs location, preparation and a certain mental state...

This gentleman is watching the world go by... literally.!! He is in a good location but bad timing. But ill-prepared.
No Camera. No excitement. No latte!! No preparation...

Sometimes, one has to wear a mask. Where the above gentleman is, he could bought this to get some
traction...

But he seems to sedate for such a thing!
