The sun came out again today, and the sparkling icy trees against the blue sky were so beautiful I had to take some photos. Here's one of my favorites.

A great project, Sydney. I love the elements you have chosen.

See if you can go to the left to get more of the tree trunk and get closer to the tree and point upwards. What do you think of how that looks? Play with that to balance the picture.

Getting the trunk important in the left lower i/3 of the height and width might be a consideration.

An idea to consider, how layers might perhaps unify some different parts of an idea.

Hi Sydney,

Just to let you see what layers might do, here's a simple addition of the two images with one just coming from the top of the frame and providing some balancing element. Just add on the top layer in Photoshop, position and change the blending to color. Adjust the percent of that layer to show to taste.
