I see Robert hasn't answered yet. I believe they are echinachea. (I think some people might call them cone flowers) They are pink, (The ones I know of, anyways) and often used in herbal remedies.

That’s ok Maggie. I wouldn’t know. I am simply a photographer of interesting compositions Lol. I put cone flower in a TAG, because i heard that word buzzing around.
