Very Cute!

Rachel

Love it. We have a local paper called the Acorn. They do a Squirrel of the Month image. You should submit that - I bet they'd publish it (not paid, however).

Nice to have a White Christmas, yes? We only have harsh white sunshine today.

Kathy, what a lovely idea!

We almost always have snow here, but since I grew up in the Compton/Long Beach area, it's just not Christmas unless there are palm trees.

Hope your day is lovely however you spend it (observing Christmas or, as my husband is fond of singing, "It's a technicolor Christmas when you're Jewish").

California Christmas Trees

Gee, Rachel, I'd like the rest of the words to the song your husband sings. We have a really close group of friends over every Christmas Eve in lieu of Chinese Dinner and Movie.

Here are some Santa Barbara Palms taken in March off of Sterns Wharf.

Love the photo!

Steven couldn't remember many of the words to "Technicolor Christmas" unfortunately. He did say he heard it on "Prairie Home Companion" but that would be years ago. I googled it and found references to it, but no complete lyrics.

Important lesson to photographers:

Don't give your husband a camera. They do evil things.

However, I want to bring Ray's attention to something....tripod and remote shutter release. Ha!
