Some interesting expressions on their faces, Jerome.
Unfortunately, much of the image is quite over-exposed, which detracts from the visual impact of the photo. If you're interested in exploring how/why this happened, post the original EXIF info and I'm sure we can figure it out.
If it was shot in Raw format, you might have some room to recover some of those clipped highlights, or work on them to some degree in Photoshop or other editor, even if they were Jpegs to start with.
You could also crop a fair amount, to emphasize the central, stronger part of the image.
