Jarmo,

I really like this scene but, to me at least it raised questions. The pinch of salt : this is just one guys opinion and I could be very wrong! You've got me looking for more of the scene to the right. Might it be worthwhile using clarity on the mid field to add a layer of interest there to balance the superb detail and presence of the bridge. The jump to mystery is very abrupt. Or else could the b.g. be blurred even more?

Sorry, I missed this one...

What I find is that the light is quite flat and there needs to be a third element to lift the scene. What we're busy looking at is that wooden jetty which is obviously, the focal point...Now, just imagine you could see more of their reflection in the water - voila, third element, simple! Then we might see a basic synonymous relationship going on between the trees reflections and that wooden jetty's.
Anyway, more of the scene on the right would have been nice, just to see the trees perspective narrow to more of a point at least, if that was possible...

Asher, Michael and Paul, thank you for the feedback and very constructive comments. Interestingly enough both Asher and Paul marked out almost exactly similar shortcomings of my picture. To me it was a nice morning scene from a camping trip, shot with what I had with me at the time. I hope that atleast some of that feeling comes across to the viewer.
