Hi Fahim,
I love the view of Mt Fuji as it is so unusual and unlike any postcard pictures I have seen. You, coming from the deserts, seem to love as much vegetation as possible. So it's quite expected now for you to take the picture through trees but allow Mt Fuji to come out in it's glory on top.
Interestingly, several decades ago, Japan would not allow American skis to be sold in Japan. They objected to the idea of these foreign skis riding on any of the snow of Mt Fuji, which they considered holy! I always have thought of all land as holy and then Japanese cars ...well you know the rest!
The outline of the tree in winter is in fine detail but the twigs cannot be seen the way you have presented the picture. I have worked with the jpg file and I can get the tree by itself. So I think its possible to rebuild different elements so that they are optimum for making a photograph that goes beyond pleasant to memorable.
This picture is technically a challenge to get the best of its inherent worth to show. I wonder whether you might have the RAW for this file?
