Music about photography

Hi Sandrine,

I love this topic, there must be tons of music pieces inspired by photography. Maybe we can all contribute with some links? I am not sure whether I can find YouTube links for my personal favorites but here is one for starters. Deep Purple - Pictures of Home. An all time classic IMNSHO.

Cheers,

Hi Sandrine,

80's fan by any chance? LoL

Cheers,
PS: nothing wrong with them, some of my best friends are 80's fans <grin>

I'm a great fan of the Who!
I'm pretty close to the cliffs of Beachy head, remind me of Quadrophenia...

It shocked me some years ago when HP used such a sad song to sell printers.

Steely Dan, Peg

It's amazing how many songs there are about photography!

Rush, Limelight

It's not about photography, but there is a reference to a fisheye lens.

Another Rush song, The Camera Eye, may be about photography, the telling lines at the end:
Are they oblivious
To this quality?
A quality
Of light unique to
Every city's streets
