Yes Arun, it is a beautiful rose. I agree about the sharpening. One nice trick is to look at the image as grey scale (just add a channel layer and click monotone) and see how it looks. You should be able to see the veins on the petals and details in the droplets.
If you haven't already done so, consider an S curve to make the texture come out. Sharpening should, of course be last.

Could you say something about this particular roseL: how you chose it, lighting and shooting conditions. Presumbalby this is digital?
Also is there a down the road use for this image?
Is this the image as shot or is it cropped?
One thing about framing is that your picture will often open up if there is a light matte at about 15-20% of the image size before that black frame. Otherwise, the image is imprisoned!
