One of your very best. It takes your motif to a new level. You may have struggled with how much snow and how much tree to include. I'd love to see the un-cropped image if that might be possible.

Thank you very much for the comments everyone ! I really appreciate it ! I went with a more
stronger Orton-effect to get more glow from the snow. The group shot is a straight forward
shot. The hardest part of this type of photo is getting the group out in the open and away
from the cover. You can still see one deer in the branches. They seem to have a good fat reserve
to get them through the winter, not much snow here yet, but I am sure it will come and of
course the title is based on the far right deer hearing a noise in the distance.
