Josh's thread last month prompted me to go shoot some new portraits of my cats. The one I want to shoot, a black and white long hair won't have any part of modeling, so I have to make due with a tabby and a torbie who love to ham it up for the camera.
Shot with the EF-S 60mm f2.8 macro lens. All were f/10 @ 1/250. Key light is a 24 X 36" softbox with a grid, just out of camera range on the left. Fill is either a 5" (Sissy 1 and Cassie) or a 7" (Sissy 3) reflector just above the camera, and the hair light is also a 7" reflector, on a boom above and slightly behind.
Sissy 1
Sissy 3
Cassie (couldn't get her to sit under the hair light)
