Quite simple actually: multispectral Camera - UV-lens (UV-Nikkor 105mm) - Baader-U filter (passes 320-390nm only) - circular Polarizing filter (with rotating front) <-- Objekt <-- Sunlight

Then either use A-mode (which compensates the different intensities of the polarizer) or M-Mode with some tested out exposure and take several images while rotating the filter and assemble them in a animated gif
