Hmm, don't know if they're really proud as they seem to us... I've seen one trying his charm on a peahen for over five minutes, and then the hen walked away cool. Felt really sorry for the guy.

Impressive display, and an equally impressive photo. Excellent color and detail. Even though it's "just for fun" it's always helpful to know how this shot came to be (gear, specs, post-processing, any other relevant details).
