It's a scan of a full sized 8x10 print @360dpi and saved at 120 dpi

How many prints do you make and presumably to print the “negative” is actually a positive transparency or is it a film transparency at the outset?

This is what the negative looks like...it is a true negative in the sense that both the emulsion side of the paper is sandwiched to the emulsion side of the negative.
