Rudbeckia hirta multispectral

Most interesting because rudbeckia is like weeds on my street here in Texas!

Got some 8-petal ones, too . .

My question of you is how come you created such a fine plane of focus so the the center of the flower is not sharp?

How do you do this with your foveon cameras. This is fabulous for stack focusing to build an entire macro structure, but why do this for singlecpictures when there is no magnificent insect to showcase.

I have often admired foveon design but had no idea the lenses could focus like this - or do you have a different system here!
