I don't think it would be whimsical for a thief breaking into that window, LOL! What's the difference between the first and the second. Is the latter your latest work up or a separate image. For sure it''s got more contrast and snappier.

Thanks for commenting Asher . I blurred the other flowers on purpose to make them different ,kind of subdued more then the sharp saw playing around but I definitely like the second version better

Yea, I bet a thief would turn a nice shade of red ,LOL .I really thought it was interesting.

I'm sorry, my ghoulish mind has run away with me, I have a mental picture of the thief halfway through the window when the owner catches him a slams the window down, cutting him clean in two.Either that or the burglar gets stuck with one leg either side of the lower blade and has to stay put in ignominious agony as the cops arrive chuckling as they handcuff the felon and extricate himever so delicately (not) from his predicament.
