Will, as always you do well with the lighting and as you have branded me picky, and by your signature I won't tell you that the make up artist is your best friend as photographer. And if the makeup artist is weak then more photoshop is needed.

The last two are the better of the series. You need a new makeup person.

Like Kathy, I'm thrilled seeing your pictures, orgnanization, dedication and the fact that week in week out you're shooting models, that will bring you clients eventually. BTW, "Just sharing" means we only discuss the positive things and Kathy have done that..pretty well.

Since Kathy went slightly more serious, let me get this idea of Frank's in. People get into the custom of getting the MUA for free. Frank Doorhoff insists that that's the person you enjoy paying as he or she is the most important person in the team besides the photographer. He cherishes them and they get the most respect. Why? The good ones are not just people who can lay on some creams and make eye flash. They really prepare the skin for being imaged.

Now at the other end of the work spectrum, plenty of retouchers would love this kind of result as they can get work that would otherwise be even more scarse.

Still, you has gotten lighting worked out very well, the Norman packs all fitted with your Pocket Wizard circuits obey you and your accumulated wardrobe stock of costumes and many great locations have set you up for first rate professional work.

This is impressive. To take on all comers and concentrate on moving to a profit based plan, the MUA is now the one missing piece of the puzzle.

Talent and gear you have plenty of!
