Much appreciated comments gentlemen! Yes dogs do seem to allow people to enagage with one another for whatever reason. I spoke with the husband of the lady with the dog. He was on my extreme left of the frame . He informed me that the dog was born alone without any brothers or sisters, and thus the name Solo.
