In the U.K., we used to call it, "the Willies" for some reason. I guess that's because a finger queuing on the glass sent a shiver down one's spine a thence to the "willie", I guess!

Is there a term for it here?

That information is contested. It is also used in the U.K. with the connotation I have given. It seems there are three or more origins.

Now to the picture! It is remarkable for the "trompe l'oeil", seeming creation, of an abstraction with the cleaning action, a rectangle within a rectangle. The result is arresting and a well composed photograph.
