Structured water - what it is, how it works?

For the past year or so, I’ve been struggling with low energy, poor sleep, and this sort of mental fog that just won’t go away. I’ve tried all the typical stuff—diet changes, meditation, supplements, cutting caffeine, blue light glasses, detoxes—you name it. Some things helped a little, but nothing seemed to really “click.” It started to feel like I was chasing symptoms without addressing the root cause.

A friend of mine—super grounded guy, not the kind to fall for wellness trends—mentioned structured water to me. I had heard the term before in passing, but never looked into it seriously. He said he installed a structured water device in his home and swore that within weeks, he was sleeping deeper, his skin cleared up, and he even felt more emotionally balanced. I kind of brushed it off at first, but the way he talked about it stuck with me.

I watched everything from scientists talking about the properties of fourth-phase water to wellness gurus swearing by vortexing machines. Some of it sounded very promising, but the sheer amount of conflicting info online made it even more confusing. Some sources are super technical and over my head, others seem too fluffy and vague. And I have no way of telling what’s legit and what’s just pseudoscience. But what really got me was the testimonials—there are so many people out there reporting real improvements in their health, especially those with chronic or unexplained issues.

I don’t want to buy into hype. But I also don’t want to dismiss something that could genuinely help me just because it’s not mainstream (yet). So I’m at that stage where I want to really educate myself before I make a decision, ideally with trustworthy, well-explained info that doesn’t feel like either a hard sell or a science lecture.

Does anyone know of a good website where I can actually learn more about structured water—what it is, how it works, what the science says, how people are using it? I’m looking for something that bridges the gap between technical and accessible, and ideally not just regurgitated marketing fluff.
