Hi, Asher,
So what if they are all good looking and fabulous! Can they cook?
All of them, Carla the best.
But as to the rest of the questions, I can really only answer with respect to Carla.
Regarding her cooking, today she made a fabulous baked bean dish (pinto beans plus Great Northern beans, apples, green peppers, etc. etc.) for the "potluck" at today's meeting of the Wild West Women of Weatherford chapter of the Red Hat Society - it was a celebration of the 7th anniversary of the institution of the chapter. (She had founded a chapter in Dallas eight years ago and was its Queen Mum for several years, until we moved further west.)
The recipe is on her blog, here:

Are they supportive when you want to spend money on "needed" lenses?
Indeed. One Valentine's day she bought me an EF 70-200mm f/2.8 IS USM with a 2X converter; the next year an EF 24-105mm f/4L IS USM.
Yes. Hers too - she's extraordinarily clever with the language.
She reads voraciously, often electronic books on her Kindle reader (she just orders them from the Kindle and they are downloaded tirelessly).
Every few months she hosts here at World Headquarters the meeting of the Parker County Women's Book Club. (She had been for two years president of the Oak Hill Book Club in Dallas.)
If there's an odor, do they always make the occult source?
Indeed, sometimes when it is very obscure.
Do they make a fuss when you take more than 20 minutes to photograph something special?
She hides her disdain.
Do they carry a tripod and extra lens without any complaints?
She'd rather not, but she will when needed.
Do they roll up their eyes with that, "He's off again!" look, when you inform them that
negatively-charged positron antimatter beams are shot up from the top of lightening bolts?
No, she listens politely.
You didn't ask about when Will calls during dinner. (She says Will is not nearly as eccentric as I make him out to be.)
By the way, she was just elected to the Board of Directors of the Weatherford Library Association.
She's also serving as associate counselor with a local agency providing support to victims of sexual and domestic violence. (The program director recommends her book as course notes.)
She writes, edits, publishes, produces, and dispatches the monthly newsletter of the Parker County Women's and Newcomers' Club.
We have been married 11 years, 7 months today. Every day is like a date.
Kelley runs her own business, cleaning offices and homes (including the World Headquarters). Sometimes she is engaged to clean a big store when it has been gutted for a complete refit (perhaps after changing hands). She also is an administrator in the office of the transportation department (school buses) of a local school district (she used to drive one of the buses). She has two horses and raises goats.
Jennifer is an accountant, a specialist in auditing, with a major bean countery (she's on maternity leave now). She has been on special assignments all over the country.
So I am indeed fortunate.
Best regards,
Doug
