hi, i am new to this community. couldnt find any way to upload my shots. since i dont have any personal url: , flickr or facebook will do?

Hi Askik,

Welcome to OPF! To upload use the symbol for the mountain in the text dialog box that appears when you try to post. Its in a horizontal tool menu spread on the top edge of that box.

and then put the url of you image from any hosting site between the


Note the url should end in .jpg or else .png

Hi Ashek,

Can you join Smugmug, Flikr, Photobucket, Pbase or other online service. That make things easier for us. We are not quite ready to host your pictures. You work is interesting and colorful and people would enjoy you showing them here.

We have a substantial discussion on hosting services here, some free others require a small fee.
