Vintage Multiblitz Ring Flash?

I can't find any info on this out there on the interwebs, no pictures, nothing.
Anyone here shed any light (pun intended) on this little unit?

Let’s assemble the story in parts.

This part appears to be the main circular flash tube. Yours misses the two accessory lights below. You also need a deeper part that holds the charge drawn from a nearby power pack.

Here is the whole unit, a different model with the two accessory lights, for macro photography I believe.

No doubt there are many different models.

Here’s the operating manual of a unit with TTL.

Hope this might help you identify the other parts.

Mark,

Did you inherit a box full of vintage flashes?

The Norman flashes are the most immediately valuable for studio lights as you have Will Thompson as an encyclopedic resource.

(Will has extensive experience using multiple units and even taking them apart and modifying them to work with flash triggers.)

The Multiblitz unit is also very useful but you will need forty power pack. The batteries of any immunity you get these days likely will need to be replaced but they is not too much of a challenge.

Where your intent: just interest in the happenstance find of your trove of bygone leaders, an idea to repair the units or to resell?
