Waiting is a great title, Cem!
There's an atmosphere of the beginnings of desolation about the place. Such a stately facade that has only its distinctive green paint to distinguish itself nowadays.
Some are perhaps waiting to park cars for that restaurant, quite popular in Lisbon. That entire building knew grander times with it's array of flags. But the restaurant is still an anchor seems to be serving roast turkey/ chickentoo!
