One might presume it was noon —- but was actually 3:00 in the afternoon. In Ontario, Canada the sun is still quite low in the sky (that’s what we call it anyway) - afternoon sun coming from a more south-westerly position, than more north-westerly in mid-summer. as well the building wall is facing south-west.
OBVIOUSLY YOU CANT GO BY THE SHADOWS ON GOOGLE MAPS LOL.
