might i suggest taking down the highlights a little which will give the background sky a little bit of character. its there just have to pull it out. light amount to taste where you just see a bit.

I worked on it too and it’s a fabulous shot to be explored further!
if you de use to see what else is there, it would be most interesting to see this develop.
Ansel Adams would return to pictures and spend months on eliciting his new vision!
None of this is necessary but after Steve mentioned it, I got carried away in a shanty village at the water’s edge!
