Mike,

This is an interesting website. The pieces are inexpensive and from the pictures, seem well made. The problem for me is knowing what their dovetail plate corresonds to. Does it match the standard Arc Swiss plates used by Kirk, Really Right Stuff and other high end MFRS?

This site features products that we design and manufacture. From a complete line of lightweight, extremely durable, all U.S. made tripods and tripod accessories, to a full line of U.S. made Hk gun parts.

All of our products are used by hunting, outdoor photography and video enthusiasts, as well as the tactical side of Law Enforcement and Military Special Ops. Personnel. RCM started off in the Aerospace machining industry. To supplement the ups and downs of this trade, we branched off into the realm of outdoor products.

First came the tripod and then tripod accessories soon followed. Another direction we took was U.S. made Hk gun parts. We have supplied these parts to some of the biggest gun builders in the country.

Just for the gun part of it, Asher will say that I'm naive, but I wont send them a penny, or a Euro cent, or a Dollar cent. Just nothing. Nada. Rien.

Most of the major optics vendors have significant investments in the shooting sports markets (rifle scopes, spotting scopes, binoculars, calibration equipment...). If you're not going to do business with any of them it could seriously limit your photo equipment choices.

Bonsoir Bob

I know, and unfortunately you're right, but their statement is so obviously spotted on their home page that I couldn't pass away of it… ;-(

If their gear were for sport only, then it would of course be Ok, but I'm afraid they also work for "Law Enforcement and Military Special Ops. "
