I wish I had a blog. At least I could point people to it. Would give me my ' endorphine ' moment. Actually, and since we are medical practitioners on this forum, what a blog would provide me is my fluoxetine hydrochloride moment. I need it constantly. This fluoxetine hydrochloride fix.
In the meantime I shall use Asher's ( our? ) forum to act as my blog. Linking within shouldn't piss people
off.
Back to the subject..What's in a face? Why do I take portraits. More importantly, why do you?
For me it is not about technical perfection. It is something else. It is about belonging to the common human race. About the look in the eyes, stories etched in the skin. Stories not spoken, but felt.
At least, that's how I see and feel.
I have to be honest here. If you find it overly sharpened, distorted, ill composed, overly contrasty...I have not conveyed my ' feelings '. The technical aspects were not my priorities. Never were, never shall be.
