So Paul,

"When all is said and done" we are impressed but lose the ability to distinguish the creation from a reflection of the creation or what's beyond it?

I'm impressed. But is that what you, yourself are thinking?

It confuses and asks questions, and it looked great to me so I documented it. Also, its kind of abstract on a massive scale.

Here is the colour shot, which I like a lot more just lately. These colours are true to the scene.

Hi Paul, that abstract character is what impress me the most, I like very much what you have achieved in this respect. The color version looks much better to me, the similarity with Paul Kleef´s "Dream City" is interesting.

Hi Ruben,

We can show the picture with attribution for editorial comment under "fair use" doctrine.

Yes the comparison is apt.

Thanks, guys.

Thanks, Ruben. I haven't been aware of that painting (not that I have a vast knowledge of paintings, anyway). Its great to see, and thanks for the link. Thanks Asher, too.

Your right, Cedric. I think that the depth is lost in the B&W. Thanks.

Is it possible that our recognition of value in both works is due to subliminal knowledge of Paul Kleef's works in our shared culture or that they both call on similar common references.

Or else, is there so much are around that there will always be matches and they are unrelated?

I think the latter, Asher. Everything has already happened, it cannot be helped that our work and future work will always be a copy or bear relation to something in the past. We've reached saturation point.
