Yes it is open but an insane protocol to get a seat and a milkshake. But other business have recently closed because of covid 19. I recently read that CBL in the USA that has malls across 26 states, is filing for bankruptcy,none of their customers are paying the rent. CBL can't pay even pay the interest on the money that they owe.
