February 14th, 2010 marks the Year of the Tiger in the chinese calendar. In Manhattan, Chinatown is the place to be during these festivities as locals and people from all over the world join in the celebrations.

For all the chinese community: Xin Nian Kuai Le!

PS: I did take some carnival pictures today, they are not too different in essence.
