Life in New York...from my wanderings
Purr-fect!
This is fitting n well with your recent NY pictures. A pattern is emerging.

John,
Why don't you see how many pictures you have now in this ongoing NY street series. Maybe you could show a set of thumbnails in RISKIT with links to the original thread so we can see how the series is building.
Am impressed!

Please don't take this the wrong way, but that'd be just about 90% of what I've posted since joining in '08.
You just realized I shoot the streets of NYC?
I guess I'm improving...
There's hope for me yet.

You are becoming a real hunter for these defining moments. You choose your hunting grounds carefully and wait patiently for the prey to fall into the trap you've set up. This is mastery at work.

Shades of Martin Parr methinks
Thinking of the flash there - not sure he's quite as scary!

Hi John,
Love the self portrait! What's up with the visible ID hanging around your neck?
PS: didn't they teach you to never cross the streams, err straps? ;-)
Cheers,
I can imagine that it can come in as quite handy, especially with the current phobia of the law enforcement officers against photographers carrying serious looking cameras who might be terrorists ;-)....I used to shoot freelance for a couple of local papers - I still retain the press credentials.
